Discover the Systemic Leadership & Reflective Practice Programmes 2026–2027
Online 1 July 2026 | 4:00–4:50pm (UK time)
This short online event offers an opportunity to explore two advanced learning programmes in systemic organisational practice:
- the Diploma in Systemic Leadership and Consulting Practice 2027
- the Advanced Programme in Systemic Reflective Practice 2026
The session is intended for people who are considering joining one of the programmes and would value a clearer sense of the learning approach, focus, and suitability for their own professional context.
Across the 50 minutes, we will introduce the purpose and structure of each programme, speak about the different kinds of practice they support, and invite questions and reflections from participants.
Two Distinct Offers
The Diploma in Systemic Leadership and Consulting Practice |
The Advanced Programme in Systemic Reflective Practice |
|
The Diploma is designed for people interested in developing skills in working across a broad range of organisational settings and leadership challenges. It supports the development of systemic organisational practice in contexts such as leadership, consulting, coaching, change facilitation, or organisational development. This one-year programme is suited to those seeking a wider systemic orientation that can travel across different roles, and organisational contexts. |
The Advanced Programme is more focused in scope and intended specifically for practitioners who are interested in developing their ways of working with teams and groups. The learning goes more deeply into the live dynamics of group and team practice, including facilitation of reflective practice, learning in and development of teams and groups. This can be from the position of an external consultant or supervisor or that of an internal leader. In this four-month programme we stay closely connected to participants’ ongoing professional work as it includes a substantial supervision component.
