Supporting Systemic Social Work

Systemic organisational practices have proliferated over recent years in the social work context in the UK. Inspired by the Munro report, a number of Local Authorities have developed systemic approaches, methods and tools for creative social work practice with children and families. In support of these developments we offer a framework for enabling coherence at all levels of organisation through training and consulting to leadership teams, building their systemic skills so that they can coordinate and participate in the systemic organisational conversation. Our approach is one of offering practical theory addressing real, live dilemmas and challenges for leadership teams, enabling teams to think together in new ways.
