Participative leadership practice in the service of strategic beginnings

When organisations encounter step-change challenges, what is often needed is a new or different collective response or way of operating. Strategic opportunities and dilemmas invite us to reconsider how we frame the situation, what we hope to create together, and how we convene conversations that enable meaningful participation and coordinated action.

Strategic development rarely depends on a single decision. Rather, it emerges through many conversations, small shifts, and significant choices across different parts and levels of a system. This workshop explores how systemic practice can support strategic orientation, help frame complex challenges, and create the conditions for purposeful change.

Together, we will consider how systemic ideas, sensibilities and practices can be brought into organisational strategy and development. Through inquiry and reflection, participants will explore opportunities for fostering significant developments within the teams, organisations and wider systems of which they are a part.

This workshop is for those who wish to engage more purposefully with strategic opportunities and dilemmas, creating the conditions for the beginnings of strategic change through new conversations, coordinated action, and meaningful development.

This is an online workshop conducted with the platform ZOOM. This workshop includes inputs, open dialogue and small group exercises. Participants require a laptop, PC or notebook with a stable internet connection.
